Brand Identity, Signage & Campaign

LAB42 has big ambitions and a very diverse range of focus fields – information science and technology have the potential to shape virtually every aspect of our lives. To bring all of that into one identity that still strokes with the UvA brand, we created a brand with a strong digital aesthetic, that can communicate many different themes in a coherent way. With the new tagline ‘Answer tomorrow’s questions together’ we emphasise the interdisciplinary cooperation between different types of people in the building. With a small, but versatile image bank of icons, a strong colour palette, and various house style elements of the UvA, we developed a corporate identity, as well as a sales campaign to find companies and freelancers looking for an office or desk.
